Kaizen products are for in-vitro lab and pre-clinical research by qualified scientists only.
Not for human consumption, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or in-vivo use.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Kaizen are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory and pre-clinical research purposes by qualified scientists and researchers. Products are not intended for human consumption, clinical use, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or any in-vivo use whatsoever.
By purchasing from Kaizen, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institution, and that you will use the products solely for legitimate scientific research in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore and your respective jurisdiction.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are a legal adult in your jurisdiction.
Kaizen reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the purchase price if we have reason to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (S$ / SGD). Kaizen accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as bank transfer where available.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, payment issues, suspected misuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
(a) use products for human or animal consumption;
(b) resell products without the appropriate licences, approvals, or authorisations;
(c) use products in any manner inconsistent with their research-only designation;
(d) make medical, therapeutic, or health claims regarding the products; or
(e) distribute products in jurisdictions where such compounds are restricted or prohibited.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation, and, where ppropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.
5. Intellectual Property
All content made available by Kaizen, including text, images, trademarks, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and other materials, is the property of Kaizen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from such content without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is” for research purposes only. Kaizen makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding suitability or fitness for any particular purpose beyond legitimate in-vitro research.
Any research data, literature references, scientific information, or educational materials provided on our website are supplied for general reference only and do not constitute medical advice, therapeutic claims, or representations regarding product efficacy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaizen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use, misuse, purchase, or handling of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Kaizen’s total liability shall, to the extent permitted by law, not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Changes to Terms
Kaizen reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page together with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the website or purchase of products following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
